Meet the Team

Nina Fowler
Chief Executive Officer
Trained in law and holding a Master’s in Social Sciences, Nina’s early career shaped her analytical approach to human systems - but it was her lived experience navigating ADHD, emotional intensity, and cognitive overload that led her to focus inward. After launching and scaling several ventures across industries, Nina spent over a decade exploring the intersection of psychology, behavioural science, and AI - driven by a single question: What would it look like to build technology that actually helps us think better? Nina now leads SenQ with deep strategic insight and a mission to make emotional intelligence a scalable infrastructure for humans, teams, and the technologies that shape us.

Our mission
At SenQ, we’re redefining how humans and systems interact by embedding metacognition into everyday life.
As pioneers in EI/AI infrastructure, our mission is to build reflective, emotionally-aware technology that enhances clarity, connection, and conscious performance - at scale.
We enable teams and platforms to move beyond automation and into understanding - creating systems that don’t just respond, but relate.

Our story
SenQ was born from a deeply personal question:
What can I do to understand myself better?

Founder and CEO Nina Fowler, who has lived with severe ADHD her entire life, spent years learning to manage an overactive, emotionally intense mind in a world not built for it. Traditional tools offered some structure, but no understanding, and little practical help. What she needed - and what so many others do - was a way to pause, reflect, and regulate in real time. A way to bring emotional awareness into everyday life.

As AI advanced in speed and output, it became clear something was missing: emotional nuance. Alongside co-founder Lisa Sweeney, Nina set out not to build another wellness app - but to develop a modular metacognition layer: one that brings emotional intelligence into people, teams, tools, and platforms.

From its earliest prototypes, SenQ focused on building technology that could support reflection, regulation, and contextual awareness - the building blocks of real emotional insight. It’s not about productivity hacks. It’s about helping humans process their inner world more clearly - and create better outcomes because of it.

Today, SenQ delivers infrastructure-level emotional intelligence through APIs, enterprise tools, and team-based experiences - enabling systems that don’t just react, but relate.

In a world flooded with automation, SenQ is carving out space for something far more powerful: self-awareness at scale.
