Our mission

At SenQ, we’re redefining how humans and systems interact by embedding emotional intelligence into the tools we use every day.

As pioneers in EI/AI infrastructure, our mission is to build reflective, emotionally-aware technology that enhances clarity, connection, and conscious performance - at scale.

We enable teams and platforms to move beyond automation and into understanding - creating systems that don’t just respond, but relate.

Our story

The company began with a deep interest in how self-awareness and reflection could be engineered into technology. While AI was advancing in speed and scale, it lacked the emotional nuance essential to human interaction. CEO Nina Fowler and her co-founder Lisa Sweeney set out to close that gap - not by building another app, but by developing a modular AI layer that brings emotional intelligence to people, teams, tools, and platforms.

From its earliest prototypes, SenQ focused on integrating emotionally intelligent capabilities like reflection, regulation, and contextual awareness into everyday systems - helping users and teams think more clearly, communicate more honestly, and perform more consciously.

Today, SenQ offers infrastructure-level emotional intelligence through APIs, enterprise tools, and team-focused experiences. By powering systems that don’t just respond - but relate - SenQ is helping shape a more emotionally aware future of work and technology.
